PiyAPI is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. There are no physical goods shipped. Your account, dashboard access, and API keys are provisioned immediately upon successful payment confirmation — typically within 60 seconds.

1. Nature of Service

PiyAPI provides cloud-hosted APIs for AI memory management, semantic search, context retrieval, document processing, and knowledge graph capabilities. All services are delivered electronically via:

  • REST API — Accessible at api.piyapi.cloud/api/v1/
  • Web Dashboard — Accessible at piyapi.cloud/dashboard
  • SDKs — Available for Node.js and Python via npm and PyPI respectively

2. What You Receive Upon Purchase

Upon successful payment, the following are provisioned automatically:

Account Activation

Your account is upgraded to the selected plan instantly. Plan limits are applied immediately.

API Keys

Existing API keys are automatically upgraded with new rate limits and features. No re-generation needed.

Documentation Access

Full API documentation, integration guides, and SDK references are available immediately.

Security Features

AES-256 encryption, namespace isolation, and audit logging are enabled per your plan tier.

Provisioning Time

Instant upon payment confirmation. Typically completes in under 60 seconds.

Infrastructure

Managed cloud infrastructure with automatic scaling. No setup, deployment, or DevOps required.

4. Global Availability

PiyAPI services are available to customers in 190+ countries.

  • Billing Currency: INR (India), USD (International). Prices displayed in your local currency where supported by Razorpay.
  • Data Processing Regions: US East, US West (HIPAA-eligible), EU (Frankfurt, London), Asia Pacific (Mumbai, Singapore).
  • CDN: Static assets served via Vercel's global edge network for low-latency access worldwide.
  • Restricted Regions: We comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. Services may not be available in sanctioned jurisdictions.

5. Uptime & Service Level Agreement

Uptime Guarantee

  • Enterprise Plan: SLA guarantee with custom uptime commitment per Master Services Agreement.
  • Free / Pro / Team: Best-effort uptime with no formal SLA.
  • Status Page: Real-time service status available at status.piyapi.cloud

Uptime excludes scheduled maintenance (announced 48h in advance), force majeure events, and outages caused by third-party providers beyond our control.

6. Maintenance Windows

We perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security:

  • Scheduled Maintenance: Typically performed during low-traffic hours (2:00 AM - 6:00 AM IST, Sunday). Announced at least 48 hours in advance via email and dashboard notification.
  • Emergency Maintenance: Applied immediately for critical security patches. Notification is sent as soon as possible (usually within 1 hour).
  • Zero-Downtime Deployments: Most updates are deployed using rolling releases with no service interruption.

7. API Versioning & Deprecation

We take API stability seriously. Our commitments:

  • Non-breaking changes (new endpoints, optional parameters): Released at any time without prior notice.
  • Breaking changes (endpoint removal, schema changes): Minimum 90 days advance deprecation notice via email, dashboard, and API response headers (Sunset header).
  • API versioning: All endpoints are versioned (currently /api/v1/). Previous API versions remain operational for at least 12 months after a new version is released.

8. Delivery Issues

Since PiyAPI is fully digital, delivery failures are rare. However, if you experience any of the following after a successful payment:

  • Account not upgraded to the purchased plan
  • API keys not reflecting new rate limits
  • Features not accessible after payment
  • Payment confirmed but no confirmation email received

Please contact support@piyapi.cloud with your transaction ID. We will resolve provisioning issues within 4 hours during business hours.
